What to include for common questions

  • Order issues: include your order number (starts with #) for the quickest help.
  • Returns: see our 60-day Tick Season Guarantee — we’ll email you a prepaid return label.
  • Product questions: ingredients, application, kids/pets, allergies — we’ll answer honestly. If we don’t know, we’ll say so.
  • Wholesale / B2B: we’re not currently set up for wholesale. Drop us a line if you’re interested and we’ll let you know when that opens.
  • Press / partnerships: use the same email with “Press” or “Partnership” in the subject.

What we don't do
