How to request a refund

  1. Email hello@bitebackdefense.com within 60 days of receiving your order. Include your order number.
  2. We’ll email you a prepaid USPS return label.
  3. Drop the package off at any USPS location (or schedule a pickup).
  4. Once we receive it, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days, back to your original payment method.

Used product is fine. We just need everything you didn’t use returned so we know it really didn’t work for you.

What’s eligible

  • BITEBACK Human — eligible (used or unused, within 60 days)
  • BITEBACK Pet — eligible (used or unused, within 60 days)
  • Tick Removal Kit — eligible only if unopened and in original condition (it’s a single-use kit, not a refund-without-return scenario)
  • Shipping Protection ($3.95) — refunded only as part of a full-order refund; not refunded separately

Damaged or lost in transit

If your order arrives damaged, or doesn’t arrive at all (carrier marks it as delivered but you didn’t receive it), email hello@bitebackdefense.com with your order number and a photo if applicable. We’ll send a replacement free, regardless of whether you bought Shipping Protection — carrier failures are on us.

Refund timing

Once we receive your return, the refund is processed within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–7 business days to display the refund — that’s their processing window, not ours.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong variant (Pet vs Human, or wrong tier size), email us — we’ll arrange an exchange at no extra shipping cost.
