The 30-Day Tick Season Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of your first BITEBACK order to request a refund. It is a single 30-day window per customer: it starts with your first order and does not restart with later orders, refills, or subscription renewals. Once those 30 days have passed, the guarantee window is closed for all future orders.
What qualifies
- Unopened bottles in their original sealed packaging
- Requested within the 30-day window
- BITEBACK Human and BITEBACK Pet bottles, single or bundle
- Product plus original shipping costs
- US and Canadian customers
How to request a refund
- Email hello@bitebackdefense.com with your order number and "refund" in the subject line
- We send a prepaid return label within one business day
- Drop the package at any USPS (US) or Canada Post (Canada) location
- Your refund is processed within 5 business days of receipt
Return shipping is fully covered by us.
Damaged or defective on arrival
Separate from the guarantee above — no unopened condition, no 30-day limit. Email photos to hello@bitebackdefense.com within 14 days of delivery and we send a replacement immediately, no return required.
Subscriptions
Cancel anytime at reviews.bitebackdefense.com/manage — cancellation is immediate and permanent. Refill orders are covered by the guarantee only if they fall inside the 30-day window from your first order and the bottles are unopened.
Order cancellation
Must be requested within 1 hour of placing the order.
Effective August 13, 2026. Orders placed before August 13, 2026 are covered by the refund policy in force at the time of purchase.
