Where we ship

Currently the contiguous United States (the lower 48). Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories will be added shortly. International expansion (Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia) is planned for Phase 2.

Shipping rates

• Free shipping on all orders $59.99 and up.
• Orders under $59.99: a flat $7 shipping charge applies.

Delivery time

Orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days after they leave our fulfilment centre. Most orders dispatch within 1 business day of being placed; orders placed after 1pm ET on a Friday usually go out the following Monday.

You’ll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on the way.

Shipping Protection (optional, $3.95)

Add Shipping Protection to your order at checkout for $3.95. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we’ll replace it free — no questions, no claims process. Just email us with your order number and a photo (if applicable) and we’ll get a replacement out within 1 business day.

Order changes & cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, email hello@bitebackdefense.com as fast as possible with your order number. We process orders quickly — once a label is generated we usually can’t intercept the shipment, but we’ll do our best.

Address mistakes

If you entered the wrong shipping address and the order has already shipped, we may be able to redirect it via the carrier (extra fee may apply). If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll contact you to confirm the corrected address and re-ship it.

Holiday delays

Around major U.S. holidays (Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas), expect 1–2 extra days for both processing and carrier delivery.
